Kuwait – Mubasher: Asiya Capital Investments Co achieved profits during the first quarter of 2017 against losses in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

The company recorded a profit of around KWD 254,290 ($833,600) in Q1-17 versus losses of KWD 2.38 million ($7.8 million) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.

Asiya Capital registered operating profits of about KWD 368,200 in Q1-17 against operating losses worth KWD 2.4 million in Q1-16.
